When these changes are no longer exciting placing us on a roller coaster of undesired emotions and uncertainty....... Stop the "swing" it's time to get off! Taking a break from swinging activities for a while to regroup and possibly adjust guidelines to ensure a more positive swinging encounter for the future is perfectly acceptable as well as advised. Taking a break is not giving up! We all need to and have stepped back to re-evaluate situations in our lives, swinging should be no different. Once you feel the excitement of swinging return and your emotional roller coaster provides a smooth, steady clear ride....... Jump back into the "swing" and notice how erotically high it takes you!
