Offering a comfortable place with the Safe, Sane and Consensual Rules for everyone. You can socialize, make friends or enjoy meeting potential play partners. Its a sanctuary for learning about lifestyle play modalities. We have in-house presenters who can help you no matter what level your experience in the lifestyle may be. Our Mentors can also meet you and help familiarize you with ours events. We also bring in Presenters who are proficient in what they do, providing us with new ideas, and innovative things they have developed in the experiences.

We offer demonstrations, workshops, entertainment, theme events, costume parties and Members Studio Hours. There are Vendors available to help provide you with fun and kinky items to make your time more enjoyable.

READ the signs IN HOUSE to remind you of the rules on laundry, towel policy and etiquette when in a Private Studio. We want you to feel comfy, at home, yet respectful of the property and others.
Be considerate of TIME in scene areas, we don’t want to place hard time restrictions on you, but if necessary, it will have to happen.
