It is our privately owned 9,000 sq ft 3 level elegant upscale classy home that you can meet other like minded adults at our house parties We host parties every Friday and Saturday from 8pm to 2 am no entry after 1am. It is private, safe and secure! R-place features a large dance floor with state of the art dance lights and sound system playing the hottest dance music out right now, a lounge area with lounge style tables & chairs, we have multiple 53' and a 60' TV's for adult videos and great music with our D.J playing the hottest dance music. There are 3 living room areas for socializing both with couches and Tv's, 1 large open play area , 4 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with showers) featuring upscale interior design. Plus the Dungeon/Basement downstairs, it features 2 electric hoist swings, restraints, we have also just added a professional massage table for your sensual and playful enjoyment. A brand new Sybian system just arrived.

There is a large outdoor patio with a 6 ft privacy fence surrounding it along with lots of intimate outdoor seating. A 19 x 20 covered area with a new 12 foot propane fire pit for the cold nights it stays nice and warm, outdoor seating areas. has room for 30 people. Please only smoke outside. R-place is BYOB like all house parties and coolers are not allowed Please note *WE DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL* We have 2 large commercial refrigerators to keep your items cold. We only Provide mixers, ice, cups, shot glasses, water, pop, snacks etc. We understand it can be hard or very intimidating to meet new people so we will make sure that you are introduced to others while here, sitting at a table by yourself all night is no fun. There is no pressure at R-Place only open minded friendly people so relax and enjoy yourself. The best place in Omaha to meet and have fun!
