Christmas Bonus
Does anyone work for a company that gives out a Christmas Bonus? The last one I worked for that gave one out was way back in 1985. I worked there 2 years and got one the first year and they quit giving them the next year in exchange for a turkey. It seems that modern day companies are more interested In giving CEO's and upper management all the rewards that used to be passed down to all workers. But what can I say, I guess just having a job these days is a bonus. Merry Christmas All.

I ran a cleaning business for over 20 years. It went under a few months back. I still clean 4 places. Two for over 20 years. These two will leave a second check, in the amount of one clean or rounded off to the nearest hundred.
This "was" normal for all my regulars. Not so, over the last few, 10? years. None of my commercial businesses have ever given a bonus. I'm still cleaning one, for around 8 years now. Not even a card. |

Many organizations these days are doing either a holiday party or bonus' but with the economy the way it is I think larger corporations its just as easy to have a party with a little favor of some sort.

I work for a company that employs 27,000± people and each one gets a $100 bonus this time every year. |

Well I've been an auto technician for 14 years now & all my Christmas bonus's have gone 2 China so's they could build their new air craft carrier... Damn ner every thing I install says made in China... & most of that shit is Junk!!! Napa says get the good stuff... lol I even order special parts form GM, Ford, Chrysler... Three day shipping mind ya lol & the shit sill has made across the water stamped on it! Damn good thing I'm not in a ranting mode tonight lol |

I used to work at a bicycle shop and the (sole proprietor) boss gave all the year-round employees an extra $100 and bought lunch (pizza and beer) for us on Christmas Eve day... when we all had to work so Santa could bring new bikes to the kids! |
