alcohol is fine as long as they dont get sloppy drunk, and weed is ok at least to us lol ty Again, it's a personal choice simply be responsible. Be sure that all involved are totally cool with it. I don't advise the use of any substance which may cloud the mind during a swinging encounter. As a couple, it can be difficult to stick to set guidelines if any substance is altering your perception. Of course there is a legality surrounding the use of anything illegal. Remember if you are at a swinging event with anything illegal, this puts everyone at risk should there be unwanted guests arrive un expectantly. Also remember that the over use of some substances which alter the mind may also alter the response of the penis soooo, performance for you guys could become difficult. A little drink to relax can be good ! a few drinks to relax is fine a lil smoke is fine too but i dont personally care for any other subtances bu to each his own I agree that drinking to relax is totally cool, we certainly do it. Smoking da wacky weed, we stay away from, just not our thing. Some people can't be around others smoking weed due to jobs as well as prescribed meds they may be taking. Again, simply be sure all involved are totally cool with our choices. If any mind/mood altering substance must be used to swing, why even bother? Even alcohol as well as weed can lower our defenses and heighten our arousal to the point that we may not even know what we are doing. This isn't what swinging is about. I want to know what I'm doing and remember it when it's all said and done. Smooches, ~ Gin ~ I will speak from my personal experience...before Karen & I met.Because of my past,I don't care if someone uses weed or alcohol,in moderation.If they want to get sloppy drunk,or shitfaced,they don't need to waste their time or mine inviting me,cuz it will only happen once,and I'd never plan another get together with them!Anything more than weed or alcohol,don't bother inviting me.I've seen enough of my friends buried thank you.I spent 10 yrs. of my life in a bottle,with drugs as my floatation device.I got lucky and got out with my life.I do believe mj should be legalized,does that mean I'm gonna dance with her...no,but if they legalize it(so many use it anyway)they could pay off the national deficit...not to mention the medical aspect of it.I guess I would have to agree,to each their own.By the way,I'm not looking for pats on the back for surviving...just stating that I have a few yrs.experience with this subject.Ya'll have a great day,and an even better evening! Russ i agree with the fact that so many use MJ and it should be legal there are tons of medical reasons for it and i have seen first hand experiances where it has helped someone in my family who has has cancer and the cemo mad them sick as a dog but smokin a joint helped them from being sick all the time while on it but i guess im gettin off track on the topic lol sorry i also agree that it you need to be drunk or on some drug to have a swingin experiance then you dont need to be swinging at all that not what its about kisses everyone You may use what you like, sex is the only drug that I use, it's intoxicating enough for me. lol Sugar, you should try my "gin" it's very intoxicating and never dry, you just may enjoy it! lmao Smooches, ~ Gin ~ AAAAHHHHEEEMMMMM, Miss Gin, Why for you make me do this? They had been a normal part of my life until I was well over 35. My mother was an alcoholic and valium addict by the time I was eight. I was ten when I started stealing her liquor from the cabinet. She never missed it. And things got progressively worse after that. I was on my own by the age of fifteen. And surviving anywhere I could. Anyway I could. All thanks to the magic of modern day medicine. I was a very angry young woman and thought that the world had gone spinning off without me, Until I woke up one day and realized that I was the on that had gotten off. I had made all the choices that had lead me there and I was the one that had to make the choice to come back. In my opinion, alcohol is the most dangerous drug ever invented by man. It is the most easily accessible and available to all walks of life in different price ranges. Alcohol has made me do some really stupid shit and it has come close to killing me on more than one occasion. But that my friends was because I was irresponsible. I let it take hold of me and I went for the ride. Pot....Well I am a little more tolerant of it, mostly because It stopped me from doing some really stupid shit. Truly, I used to tell people all the time that I was a self medicated sociopath. I really hated everyone, mostly myself! I have been free of that life about 10 yrs now. I still have a couple of glasses of wine on occasion, and I am not adverse to a little wacky tabacky now and again Everything else has gone bye-bye forever. I would never suppose to introduce any substance into a swinging encounter unless all were comfortable with it. These days I respect my friends better than that and I like myself a lot more too. I feel that the touch of skin and lips , the kiss of a friend , lover and most especially my husband, are far better than any drug I have ever seen. I'll stick with those for my high. Orgasms are so much better when you remember them. OK...I'm done going on now.
