I agree with you, sometimes if a person has odd, bizarre or a lot of tat's it becomes a distraction. I have this discussion with my daughter as she gets into body piercings....sometimes too much is just over the top. Yes, they make a great conversation piece (I will be happy to tell you the stories behind each of my tat's)...but just like everything else, moderation is key. I truly think that as the generations advance the stigma gets less and people become more tolerable.

He has 2, I currently have none but am not closed to the idea. My attraction to them depends, I like tem to flow if theres more than one. I also like them to be meaningful and enjoy hearing the stories behind them.

I've got three currently... and each one has a significant story behind it. One was when I hit my midlife crisis, one at my divorce, and my last one was my first date with Todd (yeah, first date). Each help me remember and cherish those life altering events.

I think tats can and are sexy. What and where can make them very sexy. When you only see half, is a real conversation starter.

He had tats when we got together and I didnt realize how sexy they could really be until I got a couple that really had meaning behind them. I love when someone compliments me on a tattoo that means a lot to me. I have also noticed that people have a bit of their personality on their skin. I beleive it is an individual art piece.

I love tatts and the hubby does too if they are done right. He doesn't like large tatts of women. I on the other hand tend to love all sorts of tatts, especially when there is good color to them. I enjoy the stories about them and such as well. |

I love my tat's and they tend to break the ice for me. I can start talking to someone easier through that, beleive it or not I am really shy. But I love that a man can take the pain for his art as well! Self expression worn on your skin! Yummy (unless its satanic or just plane creepy, then I might be worried :)) |
