When you go to a swing party
Are you a wallflower and like to watch?
Are you an active participant and join in the pile in an open room?
Are you the social butterfly talking amongst the crowd?
For me it all depends on what kind of party I am at, sometimes I like to sit and socialize, while other times I join in the pile in an open room. Usually I do not get very adventurous until I have had a drink, then I relax enough to unwind and enjoy.

We dont have the opportunity in our home town, and ironically, he is some what introverted and she is shy - wonder how we ever get anywhere in this exploration with that combination, but meeting off a website works for us, but a swingers party would challenge our comfort zone - we would likely be wall flowers. But having done a little research, we would look for the clubs that had the "open room" (Red Roster in Vegas)- kinda like jumping of the deep end. Any place that required a large socialization component wouldnt work for us (we considered a swingers cruise), cuz its likely we would stick to each other like glue and we know that wouldnt work.
As a side note we've also come across postings on various swingers sites that indicated those that go to a local swing club have their own "cliqs".
On another website we found that folks talking about meeting at a local club and we considered giving it a try, but we had no repiles to our emails and no one answered our questions about the place when we posted on the group forum.
However we are having a good time as is, so not too worried. |

We think we would love to try a party, be it a club or a house party. Theres just not any around near us that fit our schedule as of yet, but it is a interesting thing for us. We would most likelt chat first, once everyone is cimfy with everyone, then its party time! |
