I'm not sure I believe in all the pheromone hype. It does come down to attraction...but relying on certain products to enhance desirability is just like a woman wearing make-up or a guy with cologne to try to entice a person. It depends on so many factors. Now if they came out with the real Love Potion #9 I maybe open to negotiations lol

I'm talking about real pheremones like the kind the human body produces and our society tries so hard to do away with by "using certain products to enhance desirability". |

Ah, it that the "chemical reaction" one gets being attracted to another person? Sorry, I am not very smart when it comes to this topic!

Pheremones are aroma chemicals that a animal's body produces that attract a mate and get them horny. Most creatures with any sense of smell have them, humans included. Pheremones are also like a personal fingerprint, and they can blend together. |

So I'm not too off track with the thinking of the chemical reaction. I think scents have an amazing impact on the setting and mood of a romantic evening. I know sometimes just the way Todd smells can send me over the edge. Not sure how this would play into the idea of Pheromones but I surely know that the male scent when they've been working out and sweat can be a huge turn on for me!

We as humans, don't seem to have "that" sense of smell, or just don't recognize it.
The term, "bitch in heat" has some real truth in it. Have you ever wanted someone, you don't want?
A lady wants to get lucky. She puts on her HOT shoes. Maybe she is only revving her own engine? Pheromones would be my guess. Hers. That scent. Ever been some where and just wanted to do, your guy or gal, right there, right now?

Pheromones most offend do not show up in people anymore because we are always washing them away or covering them up with purfumed products such as soup and shampoos. If you go a day or two without washing up your natural body odors are supposed to attract your mate. That could be why a sweaty man attracts a woman. At least that is the way I read it some years ago. I may be wrong with this. |

I believe we all still produce Pheromones, some, just not as much as others. Strong as others. Cover-up scents can coverup or alter the scent. IE: Too much perfume or cologne, can smell bad.
But your right, our natural scent IS a better attractant, then store bought. |

We all produce plenty of pheremones. They are the "odor" that gets de-odor-ented. Let me tell you something. So long as they are not stressed or scared, humans smell good. Fear and stress make your sweat smell bad because that is supposed to keep predators from eating us. No fear, no bad smell. |

Actually as we age we produce less pheromones. However, there are scented oils that will attract either men or women.(depending on your goal) The best ones to attract men are ylang ylang, To attract the female, its lavendar. Lavendar is calming, relaxing.
Ylang Ylang is a Strong Aphrodisiac
Said to increase arousal, fascination and attachment
There are other scents as well that work for attracting men and women.

I have definitely heard of lavender, I've used it to help calm my household some and love the lotions that include it! Will have to look up the ylang stuff.
