ello everyone We are here sunny Cyprus again. Looking forward to meeting all those who are coming here over the next few weeks. The morning after our arrival we awoke to the sound of running water. Looking up water was cascading over the balcony of 201. and when Mike went to look there was broken glass all over the floor where the communal table normally is. It appeared to have fallen from above and there was glass in the pool. As Malak was cleaning the pool the next day Mike called him to inform him about the glass which we hope has all been removed from the pool. When we returned later that day the glass had been cleaned up by Raphael in 201. When we spoke to Raphael he denied any water was coming over the balcony but Martin who is in Gail and Colin’s house watched it cascading as well and later told Mike about it. The broken glass was a large decanter like bottle which had fallen from 201’s kitchen window sill.The placing of anything on these kitchen window sills must be stopped as it is very dangerous. There are at the minute heavy plant pots on the window sill of 203 and directly underneath are the showers. These plant pots must be removed immediately. Despite Raphael cleaning up his broken glass we have had to go and brush the patio area again to clean up shards that had been left behind. Everyone must be aware that when using the pool to wear flip flops as there is still the probability of shards of glass being there. The landlords of these tenants need to make sure that they abide by the rules of the complex. You are responsible for them. The rules were sent to everyone recently as they were requested by a landlord. Have you the landlords given these rules to your tenants? Can you inform us if you have. No reply will be taken that you haven’t passed them on. Regarding the AGM we still haven’t had replies from any of the owners who live in Cyprus to say that they will attend the AGM.
