The House is the ONLY ON-PREMISE party in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are a reservation request only club and not open to the general public. We invite 40 couples and 5 single females, so you will always see new faces and you will not be the only new couple or single female here. The parties are held at our own private house, not in a hotel. This gives you the freedom to dress anyway that you like without having to worry about other people that are not in the lifestyle seeing you. You have the freedom to be naked and or have sex anywhere at the party you like. We do have private rooms for you to use either alone or with other couples if you would like additional privacy.
What we have to offer: We have a large party/group area with seating, a full kitchen, sitting room with XXX video, bathrooms, on-premise rooms that are open all evening so you can play when you are ready, 8 person hot tub, 16' x 40' in-ground pool and deck for outside seating, stripper pole for that aspiring stripper/dancer, couch area for lap dances, and a Love Swing with much more!

We have been members of Swingtowns for almost a year now. We have communicated with multiple couples and everyone is always respectful and friendly. We will continue to be members of Swingtowns and find new couples and friends to share our experiences with.
