Welcome to the Rooftop Resort, conveniently located between Ft Lauderdale and Miami, in the white sandy beach community of Hollywood, FL.

We are the only completely clothing optional swinger's (nudist) hotel in South Florida, and we mean anywhere and everywhere on our property. We offer an unparalleled and breath-taking blue ocean view and panoramic intercostal views from our private heated sky pool and sun deck.
