I’m someone who firmly believes in the 'work hard, play hard' philosophy, though my version of 'playing hard' might look a little different than most. Most days, you’ll find me chasing personal records and pushing my limits in the gym. There’s something incredibly rewarding about the discipline of bodybuilding and seeing what the human body is capable of when you stay consistent. I’m pretty focused on my goals, but I’ve learned that life is a lot better when you don't take yourself too seriously.
